They are GWE barriers of course they hit the floor. They even have attachments on them for it

Update. Hours before being uploaded, I received an email back from Network Rail saying that the issues were inspected and no operational issues were detected. Nothing special here, just another bland report. But one you realise that Network Rail is very clearly cutting corners when it comes to customer service and infrastructure inspection. It’s honestly such a shame that a report that was desperately needed for years has turned up like this and no fix was provided.
