I got lucky and got the panthers on sale. So when I got a 22$ toe guard with them after tax I paid 225$ in all. I also got free Labor Day shipping. So I got an AMAZING deal on them! (They were $190) If they weren’t on sale I’d of gone with the Riedell zones. They’re like moxi lollys but only 300$ instead of 370$. I do still want to get a tan pair someday and dye them fuchsia pink. That or I may just order a pair of custom Riedell skates. As for right now I’m happy with my panthers! I’m sure they’ll make a wonderful beginner skate!

It depends what you like. Loose trucks are better for carving and turning steps are better for going forward.

You really can't break in someone else's shoe. That just doesn't work. Like you can soften em some but they still have to readjust to the other person's foot

Try doing with your hands, if you can wobble it with you Hands, it's too loose. Enjoy your roller skates!

would you recommend panthers for jam + park skating? or is the ankle thing too hard for jamskating? I'm looking for the perfect combo for jam and park so send recommendations plss. I've been researching for too long. I also thought about buying the chaya melrose in dark green( don't know the exact name) but i'm not shure if they're flexible enough fpr jamskating. Furthermore they look a little clumpsy. I'd spend max 300 euros and wpuld be very grateful for any recommendations. Thank uuu

It's mostly abt what u prefer. Also hard tell when you're wearing em.I would set em down or between your legs with the bottom facing u. Then give em a wiggle. Loud noise or too much movement means they're too loose and can potentially be a hazard.

I have the Lollies and added a strip of velcro to the tongue to prevent it from sliding to one side. It works. Now I want the Panthers just to have :) They would be my 4th pair.

Truck preference is really going to be based on what you like and how you skate. just play around with the tightness versus looseness. It’s all in what you prefer

they look really loose. I loosened my trucks yesterday still trying to fill them out. Stay safe

How did your Panthers break in? Did they get too loose? I’ve been having a problem finding a pair of skates that fits me perfectly. I just had a pair that I thought fit until they started breaking in. What once fit snug became too loose. So I just ordered the Panthers and I’m wondering if that’s gonna be the case too.

This has given me a really great place to start practicing a safe way to fall. Thanks for the advice and demonstrations!

I just got my panther skates in and they were comfortable the first time I wore them. I was having difficulty turning so I loosened the trucks and now they are so much easier to skate in! I’m still learning the different components of skates so I can slowly upgrade them 😄👍🏻
