I'm hijacking this video to ask a total non-related question because I could find no method of contact on your website, so apologies in advance. I have some questions to ask re the Ride Control app which I have not been able to have answered by any Giant dealers. Therefore, can I pose this question directly to Giant, please, and if so, how? I have 4 Giants in my shed, 2023 Trance X Advanced E+, 2021 Talon E+1, 2022 Rove E+ (Wife's bike), 2017 Talon.

Giant city trooper with double suspension.I am still searching this type of bike second hand.Unfortunately i live in greece.Biking in the city in greece is like you ride a horse.Very bad road network.I hope one day to enjoy the city trooper.

Idk about gravel bike or the Revolt,but the TCX is my bike with a 2X drive train,11x36, 50/40 chainrings, and external cable routing. I tested one and i loved it😊 It was a race machine through and through. Climb aboard a TCX and Xcclerate😊

I love when new Giants come out. Two weeks ago I bought the 2022.Revolt 2 for 699 Euros, ditched the seatpost and fiddly shim, added a larger seatpost and now it rocks. I have it in the metallic shimmering paint job with orangish red decal. Love the color because it changes with the lighting. Such a smooth ride. Thanks Giant!

Beautiful is the courage of a mountain biker that everyone of us goes through, whether we're beginner, intermediate or advanced when we stand on the top of that new jump, look down and gulp in fear. Gulp in fear at different percentages for each of us in the three different types of rider's I've described above. Then the pilot light of confidence fire's up within us, then the application of that confidence in courage by cranking that first pedal in fear, courage burns and we send the jump overcoming the fear. Courage is the zenith of all the virtues. Well done. Thanks dude

Ive just started tubeless. I thought the idea was you get a lot less punctures and in the rare case you get one you plug it. In the even rarer case of needing a tube, well just call for a lift from a friend? How often are people putting tubes in tubeless tyres if its so bad they cant be plugged?

I'm not buying any new bikes or accessories. Period. Between the proprietary parts and phasing out perfectly good technology like rim brakes, you've shown us that you don't care what we want, you only want to sell us what you think is most profitable for your shareholders. And after the four year feast you've had at our expense, I don't really care whether you starve. I'm riding what I've got until I can no longer find parts at swap meets.

So the bikes are getting worse? No, they’re not. I am sick of hearing from the “new bikes suck, it’s a conspiracy theory” cult. Rim brakes suck. 23 mm tires suck. Electric shifting is way better than mechanical. What’s the point of crying? You don’t like new bikes and are not buying one, so why whine about it? I am never buying a new car, the car companies are purposely phasing out good technology like hand crank starting, wooden wheels, and kerosene headlights.

Shame on you; the price for the Giant Rev Comp went from $65 to $100 in one week, and it is out of stock all over the place. Oh well, l will go for the Trek/Bontrager WaveCel now, which is just as good (5 star Virginia Tech rating).

That flip chip for 10mm longer/shorter chainstays is so stupid. Huge miss for not going with UDH. This "new" bike is dead when sram releases direct mount 13s XPLR this year.

I bought lots of giant MTBs , started with hardtail to the most advanced full suspension and after cycling for years never ever bought another brand, now I've got 23 giant bicycles but never tried anything like road bike or gravel, now after years of mountain biking I'm interested to world touring, I cycled most of the France with the best giant hardtail which is Talon 0 but it's a mountain bike, the geometry isn't quite right for 100km distance per day so I wanna buy my first touring bicycle but unfortunately I'm not sure about the gear ratio on this thing, using 1x12 high gears on MTBs I had never have a problem with steep and hills but this just doesn't look like a bike that can handle steep terrains or uphills, so I'm not sure why giant doesn't have a better bicycle maybe a 2x11 that has high gears or something like that, but one thing I know that I'm not comfortable with this one, so maybe I should buy another bicycle from another brand for the first time, does anyone have any world touring experience with this, I don't wanna walk with full of loads uphills!

Gearing has changed recently, a front derailleur isn’t actually the benefit it was seen as being in years gone by, as the actual gear ratios achieved are broadly similar to a modern setup but with more points of failure and added wear. Giant is a huge company with an excellent R&D department, I’m sure they know what they are doing. Full disclosure though, I ride Giant bikes, as does my son, and soon to be my daughter. I buy them with my own money because I think that they are the best at their price point.
