after all those years there is finally the perfect Zelda mod for 1.20.1 thank you. Normally I would always had to play on 1.12.2 to play Zelda mods. Thx to this I finally can do it with the newest blocks

@@Felipe-rn1gf No. MCPE doesn't exist and hasn't for quite a while. MCPEDL still applies to Minecraft bedrock, because that's what it's for.

There is, in addition to the fact that console mods will be able to have add-ons in an easier and safer way (since they will be the most affected by this), that will also bring more modders who want to make money with this. , plus free and paid plugins, and Java mods that will eventually be ported to Bedrock

Amazing! I already bought the Naturalist Add-On and I like all the new creatures that populate my world now😊. I have seen Octopuses, Crabs, Jellyfish, one Moose and one Boar so far... Oh, and some actual Whales! 😮 so fun! And I don't mind that Achievements are disabled when using any add-on... Well ... I didn't go for them anyways😅 I just want to have fun with the game again😅 and I do😊...... But, I would like an Armor Add-on like you have at the first seconds of the video 😮😮😮 or SCUBA gear add-on.😅😅😅

Ehhh id still rather use mcpdl i feel the problem with this is that Minecraft have to approve which add-ons go through which if im being honest can really limit whats being put out ive also noticed that there's been a certain style of texture with all the mods that you just showed it seems Minecraft is still being very controlling over what is being put out to there liking

I don't think so. Even before add-ons, you could already add custom stuff to Bedrock. I made custom creatures and others could join. The only place that may be an issue is if you have a Realms server.

while this is great and all, its only great for bedrock exclusive players that have absolutely zero way of playing java in the slightest, it seems they took the bethesda route and added paid mods to their game, i definitely have a mixed view on this

Why is that a bad thing? The vast majority of minecraft players are on consoles, and the only way to download mods would be through a digital storefront, you xan just open the browser and download whatever you want like on pc.

@@user-py8oj5yv4m i mean, its not really a bad thing for those who really want extra content and are willing to pay, but then again, it is paying for what are essentially mods, where theres a whole nother version of the game that you can get all the mods you want to your hearts content all for free, same deal with skyrim, it might feel shitty for some people, now as a java player myself i wouldnt know, but i know for damn sure i wouldnt pay for mods, seems dumb to me (maybe theyre really really really good and worth every cent, who knows?)

@@clobzzI tell you, if modders had the opportunity to sell their mods instead of giving them away, then many modders would do it, especially talking about mods that have months of hard work behind them. and since there is an official way to sell your mods, many Java modders will affiliate with mojang or Microsoft and create addons for Bedrock Marckeplace and make money from it.

Pretty much! Before I found myself wasting time going to different sites trying to get addons with sketchy links. I also think paying developers for their work is a win. So yeah, a positive for Minecraft imo.

It was always there, on MCPEDL you are still able to get Minecraft Addons Made by the community (no marketplace addons) for free! It was available for years
