This was so refreshing to watch. I struggle to lose weight so much and when I look at videos online they always just say “be in a calorie deficit” and weight loss just isn’t as black and white as that. Currently on my journey and it is hard but this video has helped loads so thank you 🖤

I lost a about a stone and a half ( 20 pounds) in 2 weeks just by cutting out snacks and walking more. I feel much better already. Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels, so they say! 😂

I really appreciate this video you were so brave for talking about this<3, I myself am a size 20-22 and I hate my body, I feel like I've tried everything and I find it so hard trying to cut sugar out, you could say I'm a sugar addict. I'm so determined to succeed this time, whenever I think to myself I want to stop, I just can't I'm 22, and my weight literally goes up with my age (I'm so afraid that I just said that publicly, but if you are brave enough to put yourself out there, I'm going to do it too. you are absolutely gorgeous and look amazing! x however I know that won't change the way you see yourself. I have self esteem and low self worth issues and a really bad body image, so I understand how hard it is to talk about these things. I was heavily bullied and abused growing up, so I understand the impact that can have on ones mental health and how you feel in yourself... I myself am afraid to lose weight because of the loose skin I am sure to have, but I have to do this for my health and although I've tried and failed so many times, this video has really given me the incentive to try my best. xxxx sending you lots of love and support.💕💞
