Hy doctor my lips are soo soo dry.And most probably i have a tendency to peel the dried skin off from my lips..i have tried exfoliating it using oil and sugar scrub then put a mask then moisturizes it everything i did to overcome it..But nothing is yet worked..Can u pls suggest me any solution to this?

Sunscreen doesnt suit every skin if your skin is getting dark theres some vitamin needed i guess im not sure but do search about this i read somewhere i remember

My face have no pigmentation but my body does mainly covered area ... stomach as well hips as well ... I was taking my epilepsy medicines (libratecetam and follic acid)for two years regularly back then ... Maybe these medications cause light brown/black patched ? Can u please explain?
