Technically, Archer EMIYA is Rin's original Archer. By the nature of the Throne, he exists outside the confines of time, so he can always be present during Rin's Grail War so long as she, or anyone really, has the pendant she would use to save Shirou's life. That's why his goal makes no sense. The Counter Guardian EMIYA already exists and has existed, technically, since the dawn of time. His existence can't be altered, changed, or destroyed unless someone with an innate connection to a Grail or Alaya herself makes it so. That's how EMIYA Alter exists, to my understanding. Kiara, a Beast Class entity much like Angra interfered with his Spirit Origin to make him one of her soldiers against Chaldeus, and even then the CORE of who he is, his heroism, remains even if he has forgotten all his ideals and been turned into what essentially amounts to the ultimate killing machine. In a way, it shows another similarity between himself and Gilgamesh. Just as Gil isn't able to be changed or corrupted by Angra no matter how much of the Grail Mud he submerged the King of Heroes in, EMIYA is unable to be fully corrupted because no matter what, his entire existence is defined by his heroism and the complex he has around it. Everything else about him was burned away by the Fuyuki Fire, and that desire to save people, to be a hero so he can feel the same joy Kiritsugu felt by saving him, is what everything he came to be and everything he ever will be is based upon. That's why he's Alaya's favorite. It's mostly a joke within the community, but the fact is that it only makes sense he would be.

It has never been stated that you have to eat one for all just that you need to pass on dna so blood trough blood works. Bakugo probably just had a compatible body but well it gets kinda even wonkier with future info. The movie is 100% canon tho both to the anime and the manga because Shigaraki thinks about nine when he thinks about what he wants to destroy so clearly the character still exists. Most of the dislike here was legitimetly because you misunderstood the lore but yeah the implementation is definatley moviefied as it does ignore the finer details for spectical. It might make a smidge more sense with future info but it is still darn convenient.

Fun facts about the movie: No, the movie does take place here. Ok, onto actual fun facts: Nine was born in a toilet ;( Nine’s motivation for a “might rules over all” makes more sense in his prequel manga volume rising. His original quirk was weather control. Another funny thing is that despite being able to use Nine quirks, that isn’t why he’s nicknamed Nine. His name is a test number. Also a fun play on the words “On cloud nine”. Chimera. Quirk: Chimera. I thought you’d figure out his quirk once you heard what his name was, but you spoke over all the times where it was mentioned. His quirk gives him multiple animal characteristics 24/7, making him a literal monstrosity. He’s a very rare example of a person having all 3 quirk types (emiter, Mutation and transformation). He is a literal freak of nature. Was marked a monster his entire life, since he was a child. Is strong, however I’d obviously feared for his strength. Slice. Quirk: Slice Lived her life empty. Didn’t take care of herself, and was used over those who were strong. The only thing she did take care of was her hair… Mummy. Quirky: Mummification. Can rap cloth around objects to puppeteer them. Can’t do it to people but technically clothes are objects…. Was a thug that was constantly picking fights at night districts. Or people were constantly picking fights with him. Decided to prove he’s the strongest so others would leave him be. I’m actually really surprised you figured out why Nine couldn’t steal One for all and why Bakugou could burrow one for all. Show will reveal why Izuku can just have it back. Though unfortunately you seemed to forget how one for all can be transferred. It needs to be transferred by DNA. Digesting hair works but literally any DNA given (as long as it’s consensual on the Doner’s end) can transfer the quirk. Hair was just the most hygienic but Blood also works, even better.less Hygienic though, mixing blood… I’m glad you enjoyed most of the movie!

In the manga, before the reveal, Kishimoto made that flashback from Obito's childhood to the Kannabi Bridge mission but without any dialogue, just images. In the specific case of the Kannabi bridge mission he didn't draw the whole flashback, just some images and the iconic split screen scene between Kakashi's eye and Obito's Sharingan. Both the anime and manga have that feature of showing Obito's flashback again, the difference is that Kishimoto puts the flashback in the background while the character remembers them, instead of putting the whole scene like the anime. After the revelation, there was no flashback as happened in the anime. In the manga the chapter where Obito's identity is revealed ends with a panel showing his face, in the next chapter of the manga is that Madara just appears.

The thing about Servants the entity rhey are summoned from exists outside if time and isnt affected by time. Once you get recorded as a heroic spirit you can appear at any point in time.

It wasn't perfect, not by a long shot, and it seemed like Burnie undid some character development so he could re-do it (Sarge was already over his Blue hatred long ago!), but it's definitely a much better send-off than Zero would have been. I'm glad they did this and managed to wrap the show up in a fitting way, something that RWBY probably won't get now. I'm also really glad Kathleen came back one last time, as that means in my mind that she and the rest of the founders have buried the hatchet and can maybe rebuild some bridges in the future. Ideally a show should end leaving you wanting more, like DBZA did, but if it can't manage that it should at least wrap up in a way that leaves you satisfied. This pretty much did that for me.
