I have the same thing and man it's the best way to play with the VR games on the PS4 I use mine to play sniper elite VR and Borderlands 2 VR and all i have to say is thumbs up. 😃👍

That would be "u-tech-niks", sounded more like a slur the way you said it. lol. This is a cool game though, and is still currently one of the least valuable games on the system. People don't know about it, and arcade racing has lost it's fan-base in the retro scene sadly. I have a theory that '97 was the golden year for PS1, N64, and even Saturn. Seems like a lot of the best games of the generation came out that year.

I have something similar like stick drift on move light gun shooters. At the beginning after calibration everthning is good, but after shooting like 20-50 times it drifts to the side, and continues to drift all the time... Maybe the cam positionioning is bad or i have very dark room that is the fault. Or maybe something wrong with my controller, maybe gyro is not precice anymore... Maybe someone knows ?

For me its simple: Besides framerate and resolution Og Version in their OG hardware is the best option. Emulation just like remaster ports just introduce bugs or miss something from the original.

i recently had to replace my ps3 aswell. it over heated. gotta make sure you get one that has fresh thermal paste and has been delided. i got one with a whole on top to allow more airflow to the fan.

It's good but not 240p, these devices scale anything to 480i. I have one, from an old netbook to Trinitron. Not bad for 6 euros

4:45 ps2 uses the same component cables as ps3, why not use that? At least for clarity reasons

2020 was a great year for me. I got into my favourite cartoon of all time, Albert The 5th Musketeer.

Moto Racer. One of my favourite games of all time and my favourite motorcycle game of all time. Apart from Ducati World, Motocross Madness, MotoGP, and of course my all time favourite game, Road Rash.

Raspberry Pi hands down because you can overclock the emulator in the settings and play without any slowdowns.

You mentioned the faster load time with the ps2 but didn't mention how much faster the loading time would be. For me that's a game changer for ps1 games

Why are you using composite to record the PS1 and PS2? The PS1 maxes out at RGB SCART, and the PS2 supports the same YPBPR component cables as the PS3. In addition, HD Retrovision sells cables that will transcode the PS1's RGB signal into YPBPR.

"Eutechnyx" = U-TEC-NIKS for the record. ("You Chinks" just sounds a bit racist 🤨) This was fairly mediocre but a couple of years later they released Le Mans 24HR (Test Drive Le Mans in the US) which is great- particularly the Dreamcast version.
