This is so cool! Loved the 70's <3 I think the Burger King Christmas commercial is from the early 80's though that's Sarah Michelle Gellar and Lea Thompson

Besides the Santa riding on the Norelco shaver, I liked the one with Melissa Gilbert and a younger girl wrapping McDonald's gift certificates.

I love these vintage commercials because I'm vintage also! 58 and these are my wheelhouse. Such good memories. Norelco Santa is my favorite. Nice seeing actual commercials for something other than Insurance or Pharmaceuticals

I'll be 59 this year. I had a very rough upbringing along with my brother and sister. That being said, I so miss those days. Things were so different back then. I always assumed that by this time in life the world would be at peace, we'd all be traveling to distant planets, instead of cars we'd have Jetsons saucers instead of cars. I also thought we'd have met aliens etc., etc. Well, we were better people back then. We were just learning how to coexist with others and to be rid of racism, sexism and to treat each other respectfully. It wasn't great but we were working on it. Now look at the world, we've digressed as a people and, for the most part, the younger generations could care less about learning how to live with one another. It's all the blame game. If your mother/ father would only, if their boss, their peers, the world, would only revolve around them, everything would be Right with the world. Their world they live in cause it sure as heck isn't the real one. I'm glad my kids, who also had a rough upbringing, were able to hang on and get somewhere in life. It's still tough but they're making it. They grew up with stories about how things used to be and some common sense. I still worry because the way things are going, this way of life may not last much longer. The world is a mess. At least watching these commercials makes me feel a bit better.

TMNT the arcade game. Had good memories with that. My grandmother took me to the nearest Toys R Us, a good 30 minute drive north, to buy it for me for Xmas...but she let me keep it and just said take it and play it. Then, I remember when the Gulf War started and CNN announced the iraq war had begun I was on the last boss of the game and had to pause it and run downstairs to watch the news with my mom. Odd memory to have, but it stuck with me.
