Finally, dear little Adona landed in Bengaluru. The video is a very good one, cleanly shot with nice pics and views. Good commentary given keeping it neat, short, precise and to the point and nicely presented. It is really good to see the huge campus with lush greenery around. Which means men go crazy behind women. Man gets a craze feeling towards a woman. Lots of new information shared. Suicide rate of men is more compared to women., Women who keep saying am going to quit on my life. Men don't express and say, but do it and life is gone. The old style type of men should not cry.."Be a man, you are a man", such kind of mind thoughts instillation must go off and man must be able to open up and speak and share, if not anywhere, man must be able to speak to a psychologist at least. Some signs of men having mental health problems are Constipation, diarrhea, indigestion, gastric problem. Has constant stomach problems is a sign of mental ill health. Insomnia - signs of depression and anxiety. Sleeps very less and not the recommended 7- 8 hrs of sleep. Complains of one or the other health problems. Men still feel alone in spite of everyone around. True Adona..Premenstrual swings is different for different body types. Actually you covered all types. "The book of men" by Osho Rajneesh reveals that all men also go through a disorder period of 4 - 5 days. Of different disturbances of emotions. If each man carefully observes this nature internally by himself, he would be able to understand it. Women be it wives, sisters, mothers and men should also be able to grasp this knowledge of the moods disturbances in men. As advised to read our spiritual books at least 5 minutes a day is a very good practice we need to follow, connecting back to God our creator, every morning preferably and you surrender your day to Him and He takes care of your day. On the spiritual lines, have no fears of any kind, believe in the one true living God, that He will take care of you, say a small prayer to Abba Father and ask in the name of Jesus the Lord to bless your work or task that you want to step-into and begin.
