Does anyone get the feeling and thoughts that they will never be free from it and that causes more anxiety and even when u have good moments u start to question it. I start to feel like is my intrusive thoughts from anxiety or do I have something else because I wake up in a panic thinking ok am I going to have a panic attack today am I ever going to feel peace and free

Loved your video I am exactly the same word for word feeling by feeling !! thank you for sharing <3<3<3 I have gone through trauma in my life !! long story short with all that, I can't work but instead I hit the bottle red wine and its so intense that my husband of 29 years does not a understand !! I am trying to get off this poison but I too noticed certain people trigger me badly to the point I can't talk properly all the anxiety feelings !! I vomit just by thinking about certain situations and have diahrea everyday. my kids don't understand at all they blame the wine but I was like this way before since I was younger without any alcohol !! I have grandchildren and they still make me look after them I CANT say NO!! All 3 children lived with us and their partners and had children here with us and I had to help Now they all moved out but still expect me to do normal things!! I can't even brush my teeth without vomiting or have a shower thinking I am going to have a panic attack I have NO motivation to do anything!! Stopped cooking just don't want to get out off bed xxx
