The music was annoying. Rather insubstantial video.

When I make jam, I use good bacon we buy by the case. I cut it into very small cubes. I mix it well with rhe other ingredients. I'm going to try canning it this time. I want shelf stable bacon jam to send to a friend down south. Your bacon is huge chunks. How do you get it to stay on a cracker? Tasty, but messy?

Could you make flavored kale chips by mixing them with salsa or teriyaki sauce?

Why can’t I put it in a water bath longer ? This recipe does call for vinegar so it should have enough acidity, right?

Leave the poor rabbits be you scumbag. What a miserable existence you chose to give them. There a special place in hell for those raising such a kind and timid creature for meat. Raising livestock aka partaking in the very same activities of budding serial killers start out with.

Yes! Love this! I haven’t been able to find a book to holistically help ducks! Do you know any? Besides EOs, I’m also growing my herbal apothecary and wanting to be able to use that too.

just happened to us 2 days ago but thank God chickens are all safe I lost one duck like 3 days before so don’t know if it was bear or owl. And my pot belly pig is safe. Unfortunately I am in Florida and bears here are protected. We are on bear patrol now so just gonna see keep watch if it comes back going to ask game commission to come out or call see if they will relocate however I’ve been told people have called before and their answer is your in the Ocala National Forrest so they may not do anything. Praying they stay away. Otherwise we will invest in electric fence either way to get them to look elsewhere. So sorry for your loss bear can be so destructive.

You are a natural on camera. The recipe looks easy and so yummy. I stumbled on your video looking for something completely different. I haven't canned for 40 years and then it was simple jam. You and your recipe have convinced me to can again. Thank you.

I green cured pork belly instead of using cured bacon. I'm wondering if that impacts the "can-ability" of the recipe.
