1) The percentage is calculated as the ratio of the number of passes to the final from the semi-finals to the number of participations in the semi-finals; 2) In case of equality of percentages, additional indicators are compared: the number of qualifications to the final (>), the number of semi-final appearances (<), the number of semi-final victories (in case of equality, the number of second and third places); 3) Serbia and Montenegro participated once in the semi-finals and won it, so this country also has 100% success rate of qualifications. However, this country is not present in this TOP due to the fact that it no longer exists. Also the 2004 result is not included in the separate rankings of Serbia and Montenegro to avoid double counting.

The scoring system is the same as at Eurovision: 12 points for winning, 10 points for 2nd place, etc. In the case of a tie, the best result is compared. If it is the same, then the 2nd best result is compared, etc.

For this year, the Netherlands. No contest possible. Yes, the code is nice too, but it doesn't even get close. I've noticed that this jury is quite biased towards one country. Which in some years is warranted, but Brividi for instance shouldn't be that high. That year should be 1.Konstrakta, 2.Stefania, 3.De Diepte. Are a lot of the jury/readers speakers of romance languages? Because Germanic & Slavic language songs get ranked lower... Anyway, my favourite of all of these is Italian; Occidentali's Karma. Nice to see Telemóveis in this list as well, i love that song.
