Respect to this bloke, Hamada 600 with a push sidelay is not made to do 4 colour process. I did a lot of this stuff on GTOS and Praktikas back in the 1990's as they had snap drag sidelays but we used these Hamada presses for simple spot colour or relatively tight two colour work. I suppose if you have no other choice you find a way.

Es gibt noch die KORS. Die gleiche Maschine allerdings 50x70 cm und eine Vorrichtung zur Längsperforations über den Gegendruck. Allerdings sollte man dafür das Blech nur für solche Arbeiten am Gegendruckzylinder wechseln.

I watch a lot of videos like this. Many seem to be from Asia and Mexico. The working conditions are an abomination. Don't these places get any government safety inspections? In the US we have OSHA inspections. Too many violations and the whole plant gets shut down.

Gostei do vídeo nos anos 80 trabalhei com esse tipo de máquina,mas confesso que muita gente operando atrapalha usaram muito papel para fazer um acerto.

I ran Sords and Sorks before upgrading to an Mozp back in the late 1980's. Heidelbergs just keep on going, I havent run an offset machine in over 20 years. Switched over to Flexo running 6 and 8 colour inline and satellite presses for about 10 years. Now I just run a small print business with wide format printing, signage, apparel and merchandise. Its very different now. Cant believe those machines are still going.

und da gibt es noch die KORS 50x70 cm super Maschine mit Längsperforierung. Diese Maschine war dann die Größte unter den Kleinoffsetmaschinen. Die Vorrichtung für die Längsperforierung kann man am Gegendruckzylinder anbringen. Allerdings sollte man das Zylinderblech gegen ein altes wechseln

Eine wunderbare Druckmaschine. Doch die Einfarbenmaschinen sind durch Mehrfarbenmaschinen ersetzt worden insbesondere im A 1 Format. Zudem ist erkennbar wo überall auf der Welt deutsche Maschinen laufen. ich hatte meine Zeit noch mit MAN, Roland und Köbau besonders im Großformatigen Bereich. Zuletzt Rollenoffset Köbau S 60 10 Farben, Solna 18 Werke (Y+X) 2 Baldwin-Ausgänge

I ran an 8 color of this machine in CA in the late 80’s in the US they were a Roland 800 (40”) and nicknamed “humpback” Pacific Litho in SF about ‘88-‘89

Solnas were horrible machines, lose your fingers on them when the inch button moved a foot instead of an inch.
