How are you navigating this with StreamDeck?

LMFAO... I LITERALLY just asked about how to enable/disable in folders in another of your PLE selection videos. Question... what if it's nested? This isn't selecting my instrument tracks with MIDI set to Equal for Media Type. Please advise.

I honestly think it's overdone and the fact that everything has become flat with overly saturated colors, makes it look so ridiculously dated. UI trends are taking a turn towards neumorphism with gradients being used more and more. Meanwhile, Steinberg thinks flat design is hot shit and gives us something, that's inches away from looking like Ableton... But I'd say, I could live with most of the new changes if they gave of these three options: 1. The abilty to toggle gradients on and off again. I loved that look and since they abandonded it, I've visually hated using Cubase (I work as a UI designer, so these things really matter to me) 2. The option to select custom colors. I have no idea why this is not an option yet and why we're still stuck with the default ones. Sometimes they just don't cut it and you wanna use your own. 3. The option to turn down the saturation of those colors. It feels like my eyes are being burned with a hot torch and since Cubase is natively in dark mode, it becomes so visually loud when tracks are starting to stack up. It's literally rule number one, when doing design in dark mode, to turn down the color saturation...

Thanks for this. Cubase was doing my head in because it still wasnt finding a new plugin in the vst3 folder which was clearly there. Then it occurred to me the vst must have been the 32bit version. A quick swap with 64bit later... And this saved me from throwing the laptop through a window in frustration. Im a technophobe for a reason.... 🤣 Thanks man. J

Of course the Trackspacer is better, because you can choose which frequency you want to suppress. About Sonible. I have an EQ-4/limiter/compressor from Sonible .Smart:comp 2 doesn't seem to be bad, but there is a problem that this compressor works with errors if you don't use spectral compression. I've checked dozens of times and smart: comp 2 unfortunately changes the Db all the time. SmartEq-4, on the other hand, is a very good plug-in.

I have no idea whatsoever what he is talking about. I have cubase 12 and Kontakt but what is this guy doing? I just want to build templates. And what the bloody hell is a ple and opus? Never heard of them. After watching this guy my advice is to leave templates alone. Strictly for the know-alls and a thousand ways to go wrong in too many steps. He took ages to set up whatever he was doing so its obviously crap.

The first time I used the 'flatten chain' function in the arranger track I noticed that I got shared copies. It reminded me of the old 'ghost part' option to save memory from my Atari days. It made sense as to why it would do this when extracting arranger sections, but It took me ages to find out how to remove the behaviour to edit each track afterwards. I could have done with this video at the time six years ago! Incidentally, I see those symbols as 'equal signs', but your description of 'hamburgers' is more apt, given that it can a meal out of a simple task 🤣

This technique is superb if I had seen it before I might have done it differently For my part I completely deleted the subfolders to have greater visibility and avoid this staircase effect which takes up a lot of space I created a very large quantity of PLEs to access all my tracks but I use a touch screen with the 14bitMIDI Sherlock plugin But in any case very good work the PLEs and macros allow you to do a lot of things

Addtional Note: For the PLE command that Opens the main folders, you could also add a name filter (last in the list) Name > Contains > Paramat 1 (type your symbol)
