Sorry to comment on old video. I have the same problem where the MIDI device shows up but no signal comes through, but only on "smart" midi devices. Dumb controllers like nanokorg2 and launckey49 both work flawless, but my main setup uses maschine mk3 and blokas midihub and they I can set them up on the Midi device window, but no signal shows through even though both are transmitting and playing hardware and software instruments. Help please!

Thanks for an excellent tutorial, is there a possibility that the grid will be composed of the computer camera or a video and not the blue color? I tried to change the blue constant to video but it generates the video for me on each square and I want the video to be divided into a grid.

Yes, you can do this, you need to change the texture coordinates of the squares. This question is deep enough it would be better to answer in the forums. forum.derivative.ca

Hey, any chance of accessing the WS example files somwhere? the link in desc only hosts the bundled .exe. r I just found this, excellent WS and project, congrats. Feel a lot of connection to the appraches touched upon.

Love this system, only i run in to the problem of frame drops when i start changing parameters, not mapped to any heavy stuff yet. drops from 60 to 24/34... when binding is off there is no problem but yea need the biding,. or make a switch in MIDI or mouse control..

Okay so basically after shuffle 1 add an extend chop. Then youll want to connect another shuffle chop, but this time in its parameters under method select 'split N Samples' and take your led strip quantity for example, 300 pixel strip multiply by 3 so N Value = 900, enter 900 then connect another shuffle Split N Samples again but now you can choose 512 (but youll want 510 beacuse if its not a clean division number itll cause the light strip to invert the colors at the 150th pixel, you can tweak it for a longer pixel count) so 510 for the second shuffle N value. then add a math range 0-255, you can rename chop if you want, then null :)

Mac only supports GLSL 4.10 because Apple decided to depreciate Open GL back in 2018 in favor for their own proprietary shading language Metal. One of the many reasons why gaming tends be a Windows thing.
