thank you for this tutorial!! i'd gotten some really pretty crystals at a craft fair that i wanted to make into jewelry, but they werent drilled and i was kinda afraid to mess with them. (didnt want to drill or use glue if i could avoid it) I think this technique might be exactly what i was looking for; the ones i have are all similar shape to the first one you demonstrate here (long, irregular) all the other videos that showed how to do this were using different shapes than what i had so this is really helpful!

Wonderful tutorial! Very easy to understand as well! I plan on making some necklaces to sell and some for myself, i think I'll make one for my grandmother too, she used to be a really good jewelry maker!
