Sitting still while he's eating his food, his communication is great, he's not fighting to run elsewhere while youre both walking to the car. I don't see what you mean by hyperactive? He seems relatively calm compared to my 2year old.

I hate the way you talk to your kid. Makes me sick. My son will be 3 next month and he is much more wild than your boy. I try to build him up every day...not tear him down and call him names (motormouth), tell him how hyper he is like it's a bad thing, and basically say you wish your other kid was with you instead of him. Why not say "I had so much fun with you, I love you" and be grateful your child is a healthy, beautiful, full-of-life little boy. Thabk God he doesnt have something majorly wrong with him-- you'd disown him for sure. Grow up and be the dad your kid deserves. Gross.
