Искусственные острова строились уже давно в истории человечества и являются безопасными. Для примера острова в Нидерландах Beemster Polder были восстановлены в 1612 году, их территория 70 квадратных километров! Через 3 года остров Аль Марджан будет полон туристов со всего мира, и те кто инвестировал в недвижимость получат большую прибыль , т.к. стоимость вырастет от 50% до 100%
