These nicer lots for all ages BUT I see all these states where the park moves or resell or is shutting down but it seems like really bad properties and very low rent . These parks here iv see are gorgeous and been here for long time some built in 1970s BUT the homes are 2023 -2024 the people the office area some even finance there w 5% how do we find a place where parks will be secure where we can’t be sold mesa has a lot of new homes family park 50-100k and 2023 2020 some are older some very new

Also make sure you have the title in hand. Mine was still in the original owners name due to title company screw up 24 years ago. It took me 4 months, lawyers, The DMV and the courts to get involved. Cost me $1000.00 to get the 2 titles. Mobile homes are considered vehicles. Totally stupid.

Hello. This was a good video, but you just glossed over the part about DMV. This is very important to break down because, what I'm understanding is that a mobile home basically has a title, which is different than regular residential property. That's the part I need to know!
