Yes it is breakable depending on the thickness. I do not recommend using talcom powder as I have never used it.

Would it melt from the heat of a motor, like glue gun stick, and does it dissolve when water falls on like like raining? and my clay does stick to plastic (not tape but plastic)

It wont dissolve while water falls on it. It wont melt from glue gun heat but there might be a minor damage, you'll have to try that. it usually dosent stick to transparent/cello tape or other plastic materials as per my experience. but it depends on type of plastics as well.

Use a cutter to cut it from below, might need to apply force. Always use a paper as a table sheet while working on this clay l.

You can use Astral Vetra (I use that), Fevibond or FewiKwik. Just be carefull or ask your parents while using these if you are under 14.

Honestly I will recommend you to make some clay figures from the very popular horror game franchise 'Poppy Playtime', Maybe if you have heard of this then cool, if not then you can google it, and the reasons you should do this are-: 1. Trust me!, you are gonna get alot of views, its quite popular and I myself have made videos on this subject and they have gotten views in the tens of thousands, one of them is almost at 100k views. 2.The characters themselves are quite challenging but fun and satisfying to make, It can be great for you to experience new types of clay modelling and armature designing!
