Devs explained this long ago. Leagues map is not flat(it looks flat because of the point of view and old code).

Nah its lollipoping. Its the same with Pyke Q. Some abilities are wider at the end of their range to make something like this possible. The uneven map is only at river.

I see fleet footwork and presence of mind, probably alacrity/atk speed then coup de grace. Inspiration secondary, with boots and biscuits probably. Could probably go domination secondary with sudden impact too. I also see statik shiv, triforce, hullbreaker.

It used to be extremely strong a few patches ago due to how quickly dashes charged up energized attacks, but it has since been nerfed heavily.
