Est-ce que l' acromion peut endommager dans certaines positions le tendon du long biceps ? Ou est-ce morphologiquement impossible ? Sinon dommage musique inutile et agaçante

Just had this surgery 5 days ago! The pain is honestly not bad at all and I’ve dwindled down in the intake of pain medication already. So far so good, I’ll keep you posted on the progress!

Ha oui encore une question svp, j ai 37 j ai de la coxathose bilat . Je suis sportif bon niveau boxe mma muscu . J ai tous les mouvementé dans le plan sans douleur mais images démontre … une belle usure . Si je fais de acide yalluronique 2 x par an , synviqu one . J empêche usure des prochaine années ?

Bonj moi j'ai été opéré en 2016 très bien passé et je me suis mise à la marche mais depuis 2 ans j'ai arrêté la marche à cause des douleurs hanche droite 😰🤦♀️ j'ai peur que ce côté soit opéré et la faute de sport la hanche opéré je ressens des douleurs des lourdeurs 😭😭

Bonjour, moi j'ai 36ans j'ai une coxarthrose a la hanche droite je vais me faire opérer pour avoir une prothèse totale est c'est a cose du covid car ont ma donné beaucoup de corticoïdes je boite quand je marche c'est un peu gênant jai pas beaucoup de douleur jsp si je me fais opérer toute suite ou si j'attends encore un peu, pourriez vous me dire si je me fais opérer toute suite ou si j'attends encore un peu ?

77ans.Ne pouvait plus marcher de par la douleur.opérée il y a 1 semaine.Spectaculaire ! Plus de douleur .marche avec 2 cannes.peut monter et descendre escaliers.Restée 2 jours hospitalisée .Lever .marche et escaliers le lendemain op.C est magique !

Bonjour je souffre d' une rupture partielle du supra épineux ( 0.6mm soit un tiers du tendon ) . Puis-je reprendre la musculation dans le futur après une éventuelle opération ? Les tendons se régénèrent t-ils même sur plusieurs années ? Merci par avance de vos retours

Bonjour, l'opération sera choisie ou non par votre chirurgien en fonction de votre âge, niveau d'activité et d'autres facteurs... quoiqu'il en soit, vous ferez de la kiné pour votre épaule. Avec une rééducation bien réalisée vous pourrez reprendre la musculation dans le futur ! Le tendon ne se régénèrera pas seul, mais sans chirurgie un renforcement de l'épaule permettra de pallier le manque du SE Bon courage pour votre rééduc !

To all the people who are here before their surgery, I was in a very similar boat as you. I underwent surgery in sept 2023, as of today, jan end 2024, I have regained most of my movements, and the problem has gone away completely. What remains is regaining the previous strength, and I am undergoing an exercise regimen for that and future looks hopeful. I am thankful to my physician. Choose your physician wisely and once you are in good hands, this surgery works wonders. Do remember you have to work through the initial pain post surgery, but it’s all worth it in the end. What helped me during the “pain days”, was not skipping the exercise(it was light opposing forces exercises, where you put pressure on your muscles but don’t move your limbs), and it made everything easier. And of course family members, who cared and stood by my side. I wish you all the best.

@@FunkyXF pretty well, i’m 2,5 months post-op and I almost have full ROM (i’ll take me about 3/4 weeks for that). Lots of pain first 2 weeks (get a shoulder ice pack from amazon) and lots of swelling. Started PT a months afterwards, I’m a PT and coach as well so I kinda know what to do (also from my previous surgery) so I only went like 1/2 days per week but worked rom exercises everyday at home. First month was all ROM work and muscle treatment and then moved to light exercise with bands and little weights. I now have my own training program, and keep going like once a week to PT and other day a colleague helps me at home. I exercise almost everyday. Still a long way to go (full ROM, full strength, running again and contact sports on like 7-8 months post-op) Take this guide for your rehab, it has been helpful for me as a patient and a physical therapist profesional as well: banffsportmed.ca/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Shoulder-Stabilization-with-Latarjet-Protocol-Mar-2020.pdf

@@1ukasvn thanks bro! Yea im also doing lots of fitness, mobility and coaching on my own. Right now im 4 weeks post dislocation and im having full rom without a feeling of instability. Before my last bankart fix i was completly untrained and the shoulder was unstable af Im trying to resolve it with PT first and use the latarjet as last resort as i don’t want to do it until i have sub or luxations in my daily live but i guess at some points i will have to do the jet. Keep me updated and i hope your getting back to before asap!

Moi aussi, ça ne fait pas longtemps que j'ai la prothèse, par contre, contrairement à vous, j'ai hyper mal. Après, chacun réagi différemment à la douleur ou pas.

Bonjour Opération en ambulatoire. Pas douloureux. Mais la reconstruction peut-être longue. Difficile de supporter l'écharpe de maintien. Côté cicatrices juste 2 petits trous quasi invisibles.

@@maestreau4634 pas réellement non… je sais juste qu’il n’est pas rattaché et qu’il se « rattacherait tout seul sur les autres muscles », bref… difficile de nos jours de trouver des spécialistes/médecins qui prennent le temps d’expliquer au lieu de nous prendre pour des demeurés ou des portefeuilles vivants… Si jamais vous avez l’explication, n’hésitez pas à revenir ici nous la dire… merci :)

Le tendon du demi tendineux est alors cicatrisé avec une autre articulation quelconque, ou alors directement avec le tibia De toute façon, la tendon du demi tendineux n’a pas une grande importance.

@@DiscoverTworld Hey man ! I feel pretty good. I almost recovered all my range of motion. The external rotation and hyper flexion (arm straight behind my head) still hurts me a bit. I can do a few pushups on my knees and lateral raises almost without pain. I still have to wait 1 more week to start strengthening again my biceps. My physio is pretty good even though I feel like I’m not doing enough proprioception at all and not even rotator cuff strengthening. But I do it myself at home. How about you mate ?

@@kiranthakur8793 Hey ! I’m doing pretty great now. I went back to boxing, and didn’t have any problem. I still have some pain on very few movements like handstand push-ups but other cases I’m doing great
