Agree with Diether. Very poorly done Video. I "believe" I can describe the solution better than she does on the video. Maybe not, but here goes: See the loop going over the two lines that feed into the hole in the board. That is the key to all of this. She takes that loop and passes it over one of the balls. The loop is now behind that ball. What you do next is pull the two strings going through the hole in the board forward to draw that same loop through the hole so it goes through the back and comes out the front of the hole. As the original loop comes through the hole, it pulls two new loops with it. You can now pass the ball you were trying to move along the string of the original loop under the 2 new loops over to the other side. Then pull the 2 new loops back through the hole the way they came...pulling the original loop back with it. Now, the ball can simply pass through one loop to join the other ball. You're welcome.

I got this thing and it must have been broken or something because I easily just pulled off the top with a little bit of force.

I suggest you first write down what you are going to explain in an orderly and coherent manner, and then proceed to explain it with a logical transition from step top step.. I've seen like 6 videos on youtube on how to play this game and your's is the one that had me lost the most.

How in the world would anyone think this video is helpful? Do you have any idea why a person would take the pieces apart in the fashion illustrated and then put them back without mixing them up? Anyone can put the puzzle together like that. In fact, the person putting it back together could hardly do it.
