The most important takeaway from this video: When giving a presentation, it is wise to prepare and do a run through before you present. Very difficult to follow due to unpreparedness even though there is some good content.

at 3:43 what you are referencing there is a Mono ball fix system plate, or the Rail/Rail clamp for a f-field, F-basic line of monorails, these are square in section, with this dovetail on the bottom, this is what fits the clamp. (the R system has a smaller {~ 1- 2cm} piece of this rail screwed to the bottom of them). The intent, I believe, was to make R, F line, and the cube, P-0, Z, and the other tripod accessories a system, all interchangeable, so once in, on the cheap end, you upgrade camera, and the tripod kit stays compatible, nice idea.

Thank you for this video. It's just a pity that it's in such poor quality:( I understand the process of creating an ICC profile. But what about in a situation where one does not have a spectophotometer. Is it better to set exposures with a gray card or a light meter? I noticed that when setting exposures according to gray card, RAW is overexposed when linear curve is set. Do we apply the ICC profile to RAW only when the linear curve is set?

Having used the P0 Monoball, I know this Hybrid can handle the weight when the camera is up straight. But if you had to orient your camera at some acute angle, would the P0 Hybrid handle the torque?

yes, the ball is the same, its elliptical, Not circular!; so at these obtuse angles the grip at any set friction of the knob increases to compensate for this angle.

@@andyvan5692 - That is typically not the issue. I think the Achilles Heel with the P0 Monoball / Hybrid heads is the clamp at the top is connected to the ball with a 1/4" screw. With the P0 Monoball, the clamp and a camera mounted in it are close to the ball. With the Core-60 Leveler added on top, that elevates the clamp and ergo, any mounted camera and lens by about 2.75 inches (about 70mm). That is a lot of additional torque in the one central screw that holds up the weight. I am worried that if I put even a moderate load like a Fujifilm GFX100 class camera + a heavy lens like a Fuji 45-100 f/4 on it, then orient the camera at a steep angle, that might be enough to snap the screw and the camera, lens + clamp will crash land on the ground. I have no such fear with an Arca Swiss D4, for instance. I don't know if the P0 Hybrid can deal with the torque.

Lots of great information here and just what I needed. It's just terribly unfortunate that the image quality of the video - captured from a live stream? - is so poor and that many of the details are a blur or a mush. I hope this could be run again but recorded offline at a higher quality.

It is too bad that we cannot see that small screen within screen you show of yourself at the top. Perhaps switching back & forth between the two so that we can see what you are doing. You show an informative video, otherwise.

It's obviously an extremely good setup. But I am curious as to why you use a giant light box that is entirely illuminated when you're just imaging 35 mm transparencies. In spite of the fact that you have adjustable masking, that seems generally undesirable from both an energy and heat perspective.

Normalize is new to me. Very interesting. I wonder if it could be used for the "Flambient" technique or if it works more like photoshops "match color" tool. Will have to investigate and experiment. As a real estate shooter, the holy grail for me would be the ability to shoot my choice of hdr, flambient, multi-pop etc depending on the scenario, and be able to edit all in a raw processor without the need for round trips to photoshop.

Likely nobody interested in answering potential customer questions. I wanted to find out how the p0+ works in comparison to the p0. There is also no information to be found. And the website is "under construction". Bad service - but that fit's to people who had problems with their gear and Arca simply refused to fix the problems... They would need to get more customer centric and also provide a smaller version of the p0 for mirrorless systems...
