Unfortunately, Damac has a poor build quality. When contacting Damac customer service to inform about leaks and cracks, the team is unhelpful since they provide no guarantee or warranty on purchased homes.

@@user-vb6nd1vb1n yes I agree but this was in some clusters in previous projects but now they already changed the contractors and they do give 3 years warranty. And also we’ve seen the capital gain in damac hills 1 and damac hills 2.

Only the stupid agent do this, but for the professional smart real estate agent, they think about the long term relationship between them and their clients cause clients stay always clients, they will rent their apartment with you, resale it with you…, if they bought with you and the investment was successful they will buy with you again and again and they will give you referrals, So only losers real estate agents who only think about the commission.
