When I was younger I spent an entire summer in between school punching the brick wall next to my bed in order to build up this tolerance. To this day I am a beast at bloody knuckles and punches that would break normal people’s hands barely do a thing to me. It’s almost like a superpower

I did one of mine one year ago. At the moment, the next one is acting up. I am dreading the pain and I hope to put it off as long as possible. You have to be wean from those drugs before you become dependent on them. The key my doctor gave me for recovery was to try to move my leg every hour upon the hour. I am happy with the results because I hardly limp. However, pain is not my best friend. I’ll wait a while and exercise.
