Who cares about Fifa anymore? I literally clicked on this video because it just popped up in my feed. I played this game religiously, way back (when it was good) - and I was at the level where I could actually go pro with it, but I didn't. For some reason. And I'm happy about my decision now. Because - EA actually OWES me money for their product. It's like that "New England" Episode; "Computer says no" - That is EA. F those people.

Bro I have stopped playing Fifa around 8 Years ago. I guess you have been the generation after me who actually enjoyed ultimate team for some time. For me the series stopped developing with Fifa 16. Only rebranding, a literall cashgrab of a not optimised bs game.

I feel that ultimate team is prioritised by EA far too much. I’m a career mode player and apart from overdosing the career mode with constant training sessions (which are boring) and manager interviews where the questions you get asked don’t even make sense..the FIFA career mode is still the same as what it was about 10 years ago 🤦🏻‍♂️

It’s simply a cash and grab now. And since we’re all older now, we understand that’s how it is. The younger generation have no problem spending money on something we grinded hours for

The main issue is how diluted fut is with like what 40-50 differnt cards, career mode they couldn’t care less about and it really shows, pro clubs is well 40% done it feels

For the the players i grew up watching have almost all retired these new players just doesnt have the same elegance on the ball like even mario damn balotelli.

Fc24 ultimate team is boring but play lots of pro clubs with friends. Unfortunately pro clubs and career/manager mode are actually fun but could be even MORE FUN if they took way more time to listen to the community and expand these game modes. But ofc they won’t bc these game modes won’t bring in money and that’s all EA cares about.

Do you know how hard it was to get an 86+ card that was good! It was rewarding and exciting to pack a 90 rated Robben back then ! Now I see more colour card that pride March you could pack a 90+ card and it goes for like 300k max it’s a joke.

Fifa has absolutely fallen off. Just from a pure gameplay perspective, the game is so boring and stale now. Sure the faces look great, but the football is just robotic. Go back even just a few fifas and you will see the difference. I have been on a fifa 19 career mode save for a while, and I’m having a great time.

I played FIFA 12 more than Im willing to admit, UT, Career, seasons... last FIFA I got was 22 and I play a career mode game once on a while, its not worth much else

It is just us younger generation still loves Garbage like this. That said, I have been playing FIFA PS2. And honestly say in my opinion Ultimate Team is the cancer is killing the game had been for a long time. It is just gambling just like you said it always has been. When they release a new game, 99% is the same exactly. I never understand The appeal to ultimate team good as you said. Pay to win.

On a serious note guys, Fifa is done, has been for a while now... if you want the best football simulator on the market right now you're going to want to switch to PES2021, it's not even a contest given how good that PES is. Shame they had to ruin the continuation with EFootball, but all good things must come to an end, I suppose.

I see ZERO people using their fav players anymore. Even when I abused Ibarbo, or made BraSKILL teams, I still made sure to squeeze in at least 1 players I liked IRL.

They have a problem where they drop a new promo every week and out of 20 players only 2 are good. But if they limit content there’s literally no reason to play.

Recently played fifa 16 again and for a game made 8 years ago it’s almost better than fc24

They give out too many high value packs like candy and everyone has stacked teams now on FUT. the difference back then was you had to grind to even get a 85+ player and unpacking anyone +87 plus was crazy but now it’s a normal thing not to mention women on FUT was a terrible idea.

I just miss when we played fifa 2x2 offline. Me and my mates were so happy and we didn’t know 😆

FIFA is still fun to me. I’ve been playing since FiFa 14 and even though it may not be as good anymore I still enjoy playing it because of the new players and stuff. But i must admit it isn’t changing much throughout each year

I would of liked fifa if it wasn't all about skill moves. it too much of street football-like things in the game.

It's a pack opening simulator now. EA don't care about gameplay. They actually game feels more like a container ship simulator, when you're trying to control and/or turn your players.

Man, i'm so glad i played FIFA in the 2000's... Haven't touched the game for almost 15 years probably. Last time i played it, i think Ibrahimovic was still in Barcelona, that's how long it was. Now the game has been cringe-ified by all these modern mechanics and insufferable streamers. Back then you would just boot the game up, pick a team and play two quick matches, and then move on... As a grown ass man, i don't have time for opening packs and all the cinematics. Miss me with that BS.
