I needed to delete text randomly from some cells in a Microsoft Word table on my MacBook Pro. And I discovered that after selecting the cells and using the control^ + D keys all the text in the selected cells are deleted, and it does not affect or change the table itself. Enjoy the tip.

You will need to either crop the top and bottom of the video so it fills the area up, or you can click on the video and using the handles that will appear in the corners, stretch it to fill the space

My video looks exactly the same as yours with the black bars. But when I save the video it mysteriously gets black bars at the top and bottom even if I download using the correct resolution 569x1012 on a 1920x1012 video its the resolution my video clip has if I right click it and go to Crop and zoom

I tried this on my MacBook, but it didn't work. I highlighting the contents and push "delete" and it bring up a pop up prompting me to clarify if I wanted to delete the row or column, etc. I did figure out it would only delete the contents in the table without deleting the table/row/columms on my MacBook by highlighting the contents, hold "fn", and push "delete"k.

I figured it out! You do the same steps, but instead of pushing just "delete," you push both "fn" and "delete" at the same time.

Sorry I don’t have any other tips. What was in the video was advice I got from exotic and it worked for me. Maybe contact their support team to get some more ideas
