Thank you for the video . Pro tip from my dad years ago . Always put a little oil on your filter seal so when you lock it down . It won't kink the rubber seal . I've never had a problem doing it that way

I run Simplicity ZTRs and my Kawasaki let go at 1200 hrs so I borrowed a buddys XD like yours. Those are the worst tires ever. Wont hold hills. Constantly spinning. I aired them up. I aired them down. I don’t get it. Rides like a log wagon as Ive only owned Simplicity and they have the shocks all around. I will say it mows decent and really liked the speed of reverse for mulching leaves. Also I doubt you drained all the oil. You shouldn’t have had that much loss taking the filter off. Im waiting for it to finish draining now. I didn’t have the drain hose so used a piece of garden hose. Sad they cant deliver them with a hose attached. Also my dealer says to run 20w-50 with Zinc on the Kaws Also always use a funnel on new quarts. I’ve tried to be cool as well and it doesn’t work

Those are awesome blowers, only downside is the fuel consumption

There's a spring missing from the grass discharge chute mounting rod. 🤔

Turn the oil bottle 180 degrees. With the hole on the top it will pour out the oil properly. This is how they are designed to work. 4:20

I believe it uses the same mandrels as the commercial mowers do. Hustler makes a good mowers.

Have the same mower, there is a company called "Drainzit" they make a replacement hose for that mower. Much better!! You do have to break that plastic rig off of the motor to get it off first though. But I can tell you, the Drainzit hose is well worth it. 👍

Get a clear tube to replace the black one. You can then see when oil starts draining so you know when to stop loosening the drain plug.

Great video view from the top! Have a Husqvarna BT165 that I immediately retired when I got the Echo PB8010T. Just like the video shows, there is no comparison and easily halved my leaf cleanup time.

I don't even know why I'm watching this. My blower is just a handheld Husqvarna 125B that can only blow grass clippings off of the sidewalk...but my weed eater is a Echo srm-266 so at least that keeps me happy

had both the 8010 and 9010...monce I got the 9010 I sold the 8010......just a beast....also had husky 570 (Redman 7500)...was an awesome all around blower but not even close to the 9010

They have a commercial grade type air filter system you can buy for these mowers to go on these Kawasaki fr651v engines it's like 264 I plan on buying one later and upgrading the air filter system on my machine

I keep a maintenance book for everything I do to mine I installed a kawasaki oem pre filter on the air filter for extra protection against dirt I'm going to use nothing but kawasaki oem oil filter and opti 4 10w30

Then moved to another state & grass never stuck under the deck. Now am living in another state, have electric mower & live on a postage stamp lot. Takes me 40 minutes if I hustle. Sitting & cutting is the way to go! Will you sharpen your own blades & do you have an extra set?
