Here on our channel, we have clips of our video classes for adult beginners in:
Ballroom (Waltz, Foxtrot), Latin (Swing, Cha Cha, Salsa), Modern/Contemporary, Belly Dancing, Street/Hip Hop and Ballet.

So if you long to dance but have never learnt before, this is as good a place as any to start.

This is the late, great Larissa Chaddick. As you can see, she was a wonderful teacher; kind, patient, encouraging, and particularly gentle with complete beginners, which is why we chose her to teach this class. Although none of us knew it at the time, not even Larissa herself, this would in fact be the last dance class she ever taught, as shortly after she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She fought hard and bravely, for several years, never losing her joy for life or her lovely warm smile. The bastard disease claimed her the day before her 39th birthday. Via this recorded class, we are all lucky to still be taught by her, to dance along with her ~ her legacy to us. x

All is good except for the dancing with music as my rock step starts on a different beat. Still not used to the way depicted in video

Yes, it can be tricky to hear the right beat to start off on, but you'll get used to it the more you dance to different tracks. Keep dancing!
