To say 'Data' is not organized in any way....makes me uncomfortable as someone who has dealt with data in SQL servers a lot haha

Suppose someone tells you "companies invest in knowledge management measures, especially IT-supported measures such as data mining, knowledge domain mapping, enterprise social network analysis, case-based reasoning or others."....what exactly do you mean by MEASURES and also what are the OTHER measures?????

Thanks. I am starting this module tomorrow at my final year IT course. I sort of understand now what Knowledge Management is about, but I am not sure why we have this module at University in particular. I'd think it's more of a thing for organisations rather than students of Information Technology in the final year. :)

At Df2020, we are focused on one specialist area of knowledge management called procedures. Procedural knowledge is an established or official way for a person to undertake a series of steps conducted in a predefined order for example Standard Operating Procedures. The most critical procedures are those involving human interactions within a process where upon an individual’s actions and decisions make a material difference.
