Absolutely correct. I haven't put milk or sugar in any of my teas for years. That's because I choose good delicious blends of tea and different forms of tea such as Earl Grey, Lady Grey, Assam, Darjeeling, Matcha, Sencha, Gunpowder, Oolong, Rooibos, Hibiscus and Chamomile tea. Looking at all those health benefits I get from all the above has well and truly not only hydrated me but of course helped my overall health.

Excellent chanel! Thank you from Stockholm. I would love to hear a bit about Asian habits. Is it true that the Chinese and Japanese often have black tea for breakfast? Kicki

So, should I brew tea with hard water or soft water? Does filtering hard water make it soft water? The water here in London is very hard, you can see there is a huge difference in tea thickness and colour.

I respectfully disagree, tea and milk should never be even in close proximity. Tea can go with lime, lemon, sweet honey maybe spices...milk never

This is a great video. I've been trying to get back into tea that isn't the American southern sweet tea that I was raised on and I've been worried that my pallet for tea has been ruined by it

Darjeeling rates among my 3 favourite teas in absolute, I prefer the early flush and put no milk or lemon in it - its flavor deserves being enjoyed plain.

Do NOT add milk. I stopped using milk. I cannot support a system which first separates a cow from its offspring -- then takes her milk -- and then in the ultimate act of cruelty slaughters her for her meat and leather. Can humans really be called civilized -- being that they are so heartless and cruel?????

From USA, more of a coffee drinker where i put half and half and sugar in my coffee, butttttt when drink team I will not be caught dead putting milk in tea. The thought of it is a no go. Its is just like making a cup of cold Lipton Iced tea from the mix and adding milk, just GROSSSSS

Noooooo!! Milk first even with teabags! Colour and flavour can easily be judged this way, and takes out the guesswork... Milk last you are winging it completely and also risk dreaded 'bag residue' as the boiling water can quickly start destroying the teabag. I have proof: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/r9F3mcep0tyonJc.html :-) Tea forever!!!!!!!!
