oh look. the exact thing i point out when i point out how bruisers are riots blatant favorite class. darius was left as the single best champion in the game from season 10-12, and every time you bring it up, the bruiser players just all scream and reeee.

Absolutely agree. 2019-20 G2 was so successful vs LCK teams not because Perkz was better than them but because he put them in unknown and unpractised grownd. G2 being able to flex literally all mages and bruisers not only between top-mid and jg, but also bot was their success basic on which G2 built their friendship-like realtionship in the team, plus of course all players' experience, etc. adding to the great results. If this G2 can somehow find a way to surprize in draft and play style the eastern teams then they can have a chance of advancing far before the eastern teams figure them out ( because they are very good at analysing too).

Beside doing all these things you can do whats free and it worked for me generally yes i do have some scars but i dont get big breakouts or acne if im consistent.For me diet was a major thing cutting sweets(probably the largest factor for me),starches,flour products and in some cases cutting dairy helps.Drinking enough water each day is something you can do for all its benefits but it also helps with your skin.Washing your face before bed and changing your pillow cover every 3-4 days with clean one is another thing that i added and helped a ton. Getting enough sleep also seemed like something that helped alot more or less its just a healthier lifestyle. Ofcourse there are people with bigger hormonal problems or big cystic breakouts and sometimes medicament is required but if your problem isnt on that scale just having a healthier lifestyle would help greatly.

Hi LS do you have experience with KP? Ive always had KP on my upper arms but now its like spreading to other parts of my body and I'm not sure hoow to go about it. I can smoothen the bumpy texture with latic acid but I cant rid the red look it gives and cometically looks bad. I also have hyperpigmentation and when these new bumps form, the more red they initially look the more likely itll be the color brown down the line. I hate hyperpigmentation the most.

-Rejuran works faster than your 15 step twice a day skincare routine -apply cleanser pre shower and moisturizer post shower. -microneedling works because ur skin repairs where it's damaged -use Benzamycin or Clindamycin when breakout if ur not allergic -skincare products work better cold -limit sun exposure and wash your sheets weekly

I did an Accutane cycle and had acne all over my body. In 6 months I was clear. I spent 100.00 per appointment, totaling to 600 just like LS's treatment. 600 might seem expensive but for me it was worth every penny. My confidence has shot up and I just feel happier overall. For comparison, I spend 600 on league of legends and have depression. What's more worth it?

As a person who used to work in beauty industry, I will say that good sleep habits and a diet of fresh food will make your skin less irritated overall and heal better after these invasive beauty treatments. And by a diet of fresh food, I don't mean just sushi and fruits, it also included cooked meat, cooked veggies, fats from fish or avocado etc... and pre-packaged food isn't that bad if you add something fresh to it, like adding beef and bok choy to instant noodle.

A often overlooked fact is that nutrition and lifestyle can heavily impact skin health. This varies from person to person but in general the scientific consensus is that (partly) cutting out alcohol, sugar and diary seem to have to the largest impact. I personally have a drastically better skin since eating less sugar, junk food and high-histamine food (I have an intolerance) and doing more sport. Obviously this does not help against already existing damage like scars. However, I think that skincare products and treatments only target the symptoms, not the root cause, which is usually a lifestyle-induced imbalance in hormones/enzymes that lead to an increased sebum production or suboptimal skin microbiome. So looking critically at ones lifestyle is definitely worth it, especially when supported by a personalized clinical analysis by a dermatologist, dietarian or specialist for internal medicine. If you are interested in the dietary effects on skin health I can recommend the study "Dietary Patterns in Acne and Rosacea Patients-A Controlled Study and Comprehensive Analysis" (just google it)

For the people who say it is expensive. Rejuron + Pico Laser is gonna cost about $1300 altogether. But thinking about it, if you're buying Moisturizer, Sunscreen, Face Masks, Vaseline, Toner, Cleanser, Serum, and all of this bullshit EVERY MONTH. That is more expensive than a one time treatment with Rejuron/Pico Laser. So I would say this shit is worth it.

@LSXYZ9
@LSXYZ9 Ай бұрын
I think what you're asking for is probably a face lift and then lasers to round out stuff and remove blemishes. I doubt rejuran will do anything at that point? I'm not sure. Fat grafts could help but that's something else. But yes you can still totally redo the lawn for sure. Some korean woman I see in their mid 40s look like young 30s.

If you have more severe issues you need to go to that length. 99% of people can do a cleanser > toner > moisturizer > sunscreen in the mornings. And cleanser > some version of retinol > moisturizer at night. Also extremely important to not let sweat sit on your face. Use an umbrella against the sun as well. Cloudy days will burn you too!

One thing though - sunscreen IS vital if you don't want to have wrinkles when you get older. Skin damage is mainly caused by UV rays. Getting a sunscreen with both UVA and UVB protection is a really important preventative measure.

LS- aka Loving Skincare - is a Korean-based American whose career DOES NOT relate to him being in South Korea - the mecca of skincare. He stays indoors and comments on a popular e-dating service called "League of Legends" and constantly criticise underdeveloped 22-year-olds (mostly boys) about conditioning waves, financial purchases, and drafting hot dates. No, none of them are related to IRL interactions with people you want to date/hook up/marry(?).

PSA for people living in the Netherlands (possibly the same for other EU countries), you can get your general practitioner to refer you to the dermatologist for acne. They can give you either more effective anti acne cream, or if it's really bad a daily pill (Isotretinoin). The latter fixed my heavy acne issues within a year, fully covered by insurance.
