This was a really good show wrestling wise but the booking decisions just annoyed me. There was no need to add more to Drew vs Punk and waste the briefcase, Bron being built up as this new unstoppable heel then losing to one Helluva kick, the 6 man tag main eventing with no Roman return. I personally wanted Chelsea to win but Tiffany is a great winner too

2007 was an okay year but not as good as it could have been. The only good thing about SummerSlam was Rey Mysterio and Triple H returning. WM 23 when Mr. Kennedy won MITB was sweet but kinda disappointing because he got injured or something and they gave it to Edge again. Edge vs Batista was an okay feud for the World Title but Night of Champions was poorly booked between the two of them. John Cena vs The Great Khali feud wasn’t really great either. John Cena vs Randy Orton wasn’t really a great feud either that year. I did enjoy Survivor Series and Armageddon a little bit more.

Royal Rumble, WM 21, Backlash, Vengeance, Unforgiven, Survivor Series and Armageddon best ppv’s. Loved the HHH vs Batista feud for the World Title. Edge vs Shawn Michaels/Kurt Angle vs Shawn Michaels feuds were awesome. Edge winning “Money In The Bank” that year. Of course ya had the whole drama reality and storyline between Matt Hardy, Edge and Lita.😂

I really enjoyed the Chris Jericho vs Shawn Michaels feud that year. They feuded back in 03 but they had a more personal rivalry in 08

The main event was so so good. Great storytelling, hard hitting and both men were bleeding, it felt so intense throughout. And that anime esque finish was so cool, can’t wait for Carmelo vs Trick.

Actually Shawn Michaels eliminated Kurt Angle at the Elimination Chamber at New Years Revolution 2006. Carlito and Chris Masters eliminated Kane and Shawn Michaels. HBK eliminated Angle with the super kick and I think Masters pressed slammed Carlito onto Kane to eliminate him and Carlito eliminated HBK with a swinging neck breaker but the double cross that Carlito pulled with Masters was great and he did the same thing at the Royal Rumble 2006 which pissed Masters off which was funny

I was thinking you were going to be livid that Cody won, you were really pissed last year lol. I personally kinda knew it before the show. But I fucking hate how WWE alwaaaays tries to cater to dumbasses and say "NO ONE HAS WON TWO TIMES IN A ROW SINCE A BAJILLION YEARS!!!!" a million times. And Punk going "I'm not losing to Dusty's kid" just solidified it. I'm not such an AEW mark so that I get excited for Nagata vs Danielson but not enough of a dubya dubya ee shill to get excited for fucking Mr Beast vs Logan Paul in a KZfaqr showdown match in Wrestlemania 5 years from now. One more thing, the men's royal rumble match was a 3/10 for me. Barely any surprises, crowd was dead and Cody didn't do nearly as much for a winner should. Punk didn't have that great of a showing either. He'll win the Elimination chamber, that's pretty obvious.

awesome to see the video so soon after the show. I was so happy that Desperado won too. But the biggest thing I'm happy about is that New Japan stopped the "big match" 35+ minute "epic" formula they've been doing for so long. I don't think there was a single match on the show that went longer than 30 minutes. Danielson vs Okada kind of suffered because of that, I think that match would've benefited from being longer (the Desperado match too, but I think that was short because of Desperado's recent eye surgery). I've missed the Naito-Sanada match but I'm gonna watch it today. Happy that he finished the story though. Eat your heart out Cody
