I’ve just read pF book on losing weight and it’s great. Going sugar free now. Early days however one observation already. I notice when I don’t have it in my teA; A) I taste the tea and not the sugar B) I have fewer cups of tea C) I’m not so hungry as if I had had say three cups of tea and sugar in all of those. ( or two teas and a coffee say)

Rangers, despite (or maybe because of)being a club synonymous with bigotry is part of the old establishment in Scotland. It is heavily supported by the British police, the British press and TV and last but not least the British referees..Celtic is Scotland's biggest, "richest" club and all things being equal should win easily every year..but as I've referred to...things have never been equal in Scotland..
