Ever heard of hiring a voiceover professional, so you don't have to make your potential customers read unengaging texts on screen to bad picked music? I am not sure having a plastic tap is totally safe due to micro plastics, and there is rubber inside it, and I suppose the filters have to be changed regularly.

No voice content for fitting instructions. Should give sequential, step by step and clear demonstration, explaining where each washer, nut etc goes, and the precise ordering of fitting sequence. Video is quite inadequate. Are all of the fittings required? Very lazy video compilation.

How are you supposed to clean that 1 piece water spigot? Gunk collects in it.

I was told to scrape the outside of ceramic filter with a knife to bring it back to work well again...was that bad advice? I noticed his earthern clay two part water urn that lets water drip into bottom urn where ceramic filter is has been getting black mould on the outside, at the bottom 10 -15cm. Would that be because he had damaged the ceramic filter by using a knife to scrape the filter or is that because his clay urn hasn't been treated/ varnished? Any help would be most appreciated.

If I were to clean off the outside of the elements with a brush before placing into the filter, would I still need to throw out the first batch of water?

A quicker and easier way is to use a pressure washer to wash your filter candle. It will remove all clogged particles and restore the original state of the filter and color also. The filtration rate will be back to the original state. It won't wear off the surface as when you scrub and will allow you to use the filter for lifelong.
