Great video. I'm 65, been growing mine for the last 5 years. I've always had long hair, since the early seventies. But I've stopped trimming it now. It's very long, and I don't have any balding at all. My goatee is white and very long, but my hair still has its colour. I'm blonde, always have been, but later in life it's turned a more auburn colour. What I'm finding is, because my hair is very fine, it breaks easily, and when I wear it in a ponytail, there are all these wispy bits of hair trying to grow back. They will take 12 months before they can be tied back, and by then, there are more broken strands. It's frustrating. And hard to keep it looking its best. I have a wife and 5 kids, as well as 9 grandkids, all of whom love the long hair, thank God.

I know this is old, and i looked thorugh old comments, but what did you do for work back then? if too personal don't bother, but i was just curious

Thank you! This is my favorite sauce! So simple. Usually I simmer it for at least two hours. Good quality canned tomatoes was a game changer. Sclafani canned tomatoes are so good!

And 7 years later, I'm trying this for St. Patrick's Day. The last time I tried to make it, it turned out like a huge hockey puck! Wish me luck!

Just cut off 11 inches today, i had long hair for ab 2 years. my temples are little higher then then used to be but then again my dad did start hair loss at a younger age if that has anything to do with it.

Now all we need is to create 'hair ties for gays' :)

because this recipe is so simple, you can quite easily modify it and not screw it up. adding oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and oregeno to the bottom of the pan and letting it simmer before adding the tomatoes for example.

My hair is longer than yours and it gets tangled while I sit in my studio chair. I tie it back too much. I know I need to get a cut, but dislike the idea. I ordered some different hair ties and new shampoo and conditioner this week. I use a wide tooth comb and a detangling brush, but didn’t realize how bad it had become. Good video for the long haired dudes. Thanks.

I've got 16" of length on the top. My undercut is quite low - maybe an inch or two above my ears, and is in a diamond so it runs diagonal down the sides to the back. I kinda wish I didn't have the undercut, but love my long hair. It seems like growing out the undercut could be quite challenging. I'm thinking about cutting 5" or so this weekend to take some weight out and have it back to shoulder-length or so. I wonder how long before I could make the sides sorta catch up, with pins and pomade.
