I think they should remake OOT, but I think they need to do it on the next system and they really need to expand and exaggerate on its elements. I think they should follow up on a prequel too. Expand on how Hyrule came to be.

My question is if it’s possible to get niche stuff related to already existing consoles on the service, like satellaview games that could stream on the SNES and Nintendo 64dd games. Satellaview titles on the SNES shouldn’t be too hard, since all games are basically downloaded versions of SNES games, but 64dd games may be a bit tougher if people had to make an emulator to play 64dd games on regular 64 hardware. And that’s not even taking in to account the checks like you mentioned

Yeah, DK64 was on Virtual Console, and it’s a large reason why I ask what Nintendo’s holdup releasing it to NSO is. I wouldn’t figure that it would be difficult for them to translate controls from the Wii U version to Switch. And it’s why I’m so frustrated with NSO right now, is simply the lack of that game being in the service.

Nintendo might increase the price of NSO. Wanna know how they could do it and still have great optics? Do it the same day they annouce Pokemon games coming to the service. Drop RBY and increase NSO to $30 or $40, drop RSE and increase Expansion Pass to $60, $70 or even $80. That way people WILL complain but they will also rationalize it by getting Pokemon.

If mainline Pokémon games release on NSO I’d say it would make sense with Pokémon Home. Some virtual console Pokémon games were released on the 3DS and there was Pokémon Bank. With stadium on there I would think seeing Pokémon Colosseum and XD from GC make sense as well. The 3D from Colosseum and XD got my mind back then. There were the bonus discs but maybe with a preorder or something that could replace the bonus discs. Now instead of choosing one mythical for an area and the other mythical for other areas, just combine for worldwide. On someone else’s video I heard about reactions from people about the bonus discs. I heard more of Americas wanting Celebi over Jirachi and more Japanese wanting Jirachi over Celebi. Idk this guy could be wrong but hopefully they make it balanced and equal “IF”this comes through.

I would love to see Virtual Boy coming to switch online I liked some of those games. There are ways to make it work on a 2d/3d screen with the red color shading.

NP. Gargoyle quest 1 and 2 are not on the nes app on NSO Np. Now Gargoyle quest is on the Snes app and the Gameboy app on NSO .

Honestly, I think the Pokémon mainline releases on NSO are a HUGE pipe-dream. Connecting to others via link cables to trade for evolutions and version-exclusives (as well as battling your friends) was a big part of what made those games work, and to my knowledge there's no online multiplayer for NSO games, and I can't imagine the coding required for such a task being simple (and that's not to mention stuff like limited-time event Pokémon or e-Reader stuff).

I think you're spot on. I expect a movie tie in game. They will probably go with an expanded Ocarina of Time story. I expect the game world to be more open like BoTW/ToTK maybe even copying the map a little. I also think they are going to keep core features like climbing and stamina so the newer players don't complain. Hopefully weapons are more permanent

I think Nintendo will still have a solid rate of release next generation.

For Launch we need: Ocarina of Time Remake, Super Metroid Remake, New Mario Kart, new 3D Donkey Kong, New Star Fox or remaster/Zero, Upgraded Metroid Prime to next Gen because the trailer looks ok but nothing that would blow me away like when Metroid Prime 1 & 2 released, also new 3D Mario, Jet Force Gemini Sequel, and Perfect Dark 1 n 2 package. Plus GC remasters. Also new F Zero or GX remaster. Eternal Darkeness remake would be awesome too
