Which mods where the catenary and brunswick station
@General_Tso5 ай бұрын
I created my own custom tracks by combining several mods that I downloaded. Most of the stuff including the catenary came from this mod: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2830813438&searchtext=ussr I have no idea what station I actually used in Brunswick. But it looks like I used this mod to update some or all of it: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2501969854&searchtext=angier Sorry about the vague answers. I love TF2. But the modding system tends to be very confusing. I have over 600 mods in that map. And whether it's answering your question or just working on the map. I often end up not being able to do what I want because I can't find the mod I'm looking for.

Very nice. Only thing I would add is lower speed track at the sheds/crossovers and individual catenary mast placing at junctions/stations [where the game leaves them out] as we said on Steam. Also some trackside fencing with bushes/trees/weeds would add to it too and some invisible horn waypoints [or press the H key yourself] before entering the sheds to give it the authentic feel. Nice layout you have there.
@General_Tso5 ай бұрын
Thank you for the comments! If you have any suggestions on how to manually implement catenary. I'd be very interested in hearing them. I'd also be interested in learning about horn waypoints. (Where do I find the mods?) As far as the slower track speed. I had everything I needed to that and was going to make it happen. But I was concerned that some viewers might find the extend slow speed boring. So I left it out. (Maybe I should have added it?)

I Just realized that I may have a better answer to your question. Sorry about that. I was half asleep when I answered the first time. After you create a switch that is the intersection of two tracks (x connection not y connection). You can click on the switch and change it to a double slip switch. However if the angle is to great then the double slip switch option will not be available.

Awesome but how to manage with the needs for goods with those mega city?
@General_Tso8 ай бұрын
Long freight trains. ;) Most of the cities do not receive all of the goods required. But they have enough to maintain their size. I increased the maximum size of the cities using the editor tab. They still need supplies to grow. And I'm not sure one way or the other. But making those changes MIGHT make it easier to have big cities. Also the really big buildings in the big city at the center of the map. were manually placed there by me. I also added a bunch of smaller stuff close to the tracks you are traveling on. But other than that the rest of the stuff is "real".
