Far more important than taking olive oil will be to take castor oil in a regular manner, this one not only to excrete the waste of your intestines but further to cleanse your body from all the toxins deposed there via the liver. Not only in India and the surrounding countries but in Nigeria in Africa it is appreciated to take daily early in the morning on an empty stomach 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil in order to strengthen the immune system. By taking olive oil you will never be able to excrete all the poisons deposed in your body for the enterohepatic circulation will not be interrupted, exclusively by taking castor oil internally this one will be possible.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Castor oil does indeed have its proponents for internal cleansing. It's always interesting to hear different perspectives on health and wellness. Although I personally take olive oil on empty stomach and it’s great for constipation and helps to expel the toxins from the body.

How long will l take it to stop taking.
@NaturalRemediesExpert

You can use it as long as you want it there’s no restriction as it’s completely safe to use long term but don’t exceed the recommended dose which is 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Also if you’re taking medication do consult with your doctor before adding it to your health regime. I myself take 1 tablespoon before bedtime and my father also take 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the morning on empty stomach and has been taking it a long time. So it’s safe to use it for long term for general health purposes. I hope I cleared your question.

This is a good way to use up your essential oils (the ones that weren't your favorites, like in my case: clove, rosemary, wintergreen, tea tree oil etc.)! Thanks for the tip.

Yea sure and then who knows when and WHERE they will meet their so called demise???!!! Huh??!! All of sudden there’s an awful smell and it’s who knows where?? Behind the fridge so I have to move it??!! I DONT THINK SO PAL!!! I will stick will the cheap traps. Worked for me! I had just one woundering around freely in our apartment!! I saw him scampering past me twice upstairs. Then I was doing some cleaning and organizing in the garage…. There was a whole in the blanket that belonged to our dog we had to put down some years back!! And evidence of something else smaller had been chewed up like maybe a rag. When I put all this stuff I’d found on the floor it reminded of the stuff that was in my brothers and me’s gerbil cages!!! That’s when I knew I was not crazy about what I’d seen upstairs!! A mouse was making himself or herself at home and made a nest in my tote container!! I ordered a couple of cheap rat traps on Amazon. I put one right in front of that tote container and it got him or her !! I kept putting more but that must have been the only one.

Are we pulping the tomatoes. It’s not very clear
@NaturalRemediesExpert
@NaturalRemediesExpert 3 ай бұрын
Not the pulp. Just slice the tomato in half, first place that half slice on the coffee powder then on the powdered sugar and add some honey on it. Gently massage the tomato halves onto your face in circular motions, ensuring all areas are covered. Allow the mixture to dry then rinse it off with cold water. You'll notice a remarkable glow on your face.

How many pieces of cloves
@NaturalRemediesExpert
@NaturalRemediesExpert 3 ай бұрын
Thank you for your question! The number of cloves you use can vary depending on the size of your door and the level of effectiveness you're seeking. As a general guideline, you can start with a handful of cloves spaced evenly behind the door, and adjust as needed based on your observations. Experimentation may help determine the optimal amount for your specific situation. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask!
