Good morning have a question are this Sheds are the one we can buy at HOME DEPOT YOU GUYS ARE JUST PUTTING IT TOGETHER???
@Idealgeneralcontracting23 күн бұрын
Yes, but this particular shed is sold directly from Tuffshed. When a customer orders a shed, it gets delivered already prefabricated. Then Tuffshed/Home Depot subs us out to install it.

Great job and thanks for sharing this video. The only feedback I would offer is clean the new floor. I get it was raining but now the owner has a shed with a floor that don’t look new.

Right on! I build in California…..I was going to also mention when hanging the door, I sit it on a 3/4” spacer, and use a 16d nail on the top and just slightly bend it over the door, just so you don’t have to have anyone hold it…. Not sure if you do that as well.
@Idealgeneralcontracting23 күн бұрын
@@user-ze6sk8qd4n yes, we do the same as well. I was just trying to get some footage on this video :)

How’s it been as a builder for Tuff Shed…? Is the work and pay pretty good?
@Idealgeneralcontracting28 күн бұрын
I can’t speak for builders at Tuffshed as a whole but so far working with the Tuffshed in Portland, OR I have a good relationship and standing with them. Obviously a healthy relationship goes both ways. As for pay, I think they are fair but you have to have a good crew. I am blessed with a team that truly loves what they do. I would say the most important trait for a crew is that they have grit. And to remember that not everyday is going to be perfect but at the same time appreciates that they have many more good days than bad.

For 1st Video, its ok. As a journeyman carpenter is a multitude of projects and skills.. the biggest like is your BAD ASS TRAILER. Super Nice. This is defiantly a 2 man job.. Tuff Shed is talking that the sheds can be done by oine man.. I dont see it. not with this model anyway. and especially the trailer.. thats a 7K $ trailer OR more

Were you expecting a how-to video?
@jamesmann260Ай бұрын
Great video, it's not as bad as some commenters have suggested -- some portions the music isn't ideal, but overall it was enjoyable I had no issues watching it. Perhaps part of it is a difference in expectation versus what the video actually is; it's not supposed to be some kind of how-to guide on building a shed but rather just a demonstration of how these Tuff Sheds are put together, it was enjoyable and I hope you continue improving your video and editing style.

You could have scrubbed through the vid or cut your losses early if you didn't enjoy how this video was filmed and edited. WTH? That was a decent looking shed. Appeared to have little to no use or wear inside or out. Just to immediately replace it with another of similar size and slightly different style? What is up with that?

I should have showed the damage on the left side of the shed, there was a snow storm here and a tree landed on the roof. Customer could have had it repaired but instead got a brand new shed from the insurance company.
