What simple foods can be eaten for keto? I don't like to cook in the middle of summer (i live in the Southern U.S.) and subsist on sandwiches and raw fruits and veggies during the hotter months.

Talk to your doctor if your diabetic before starting keto. Many diabetics have died on keto

😂 if you ever had a pregnancy hunger pang you wouldn’t say ignore it at the first sign. You’ll end up throwing up stomach bile. IF YOU ARE PREGNANT PAND GET A HUNGER PANG GO EAT. ❤😂

I actually agree with this. I have more energy and positivity since I started intermittent fasting, and I've lost 2kg in 6 weeks.I no longer live to eat, I only eat at the times I have set for myself and my body is responding well. ❤

My husband's great grandmother is now 103, she is now in a nursing home. But until she was 99/100 years old, she always went for a walk up the mountain and back down again. When winter came, her son drove the snowmobile so she had a trail to walk on.

I think the bad image of cholesterol has changed; no longer the bad thing! Check me though, saturated fats are ok and NOT necessarily the cause of increase in HDLs and LDLs. Having an increased level of cholesterol may also aid the immune system during flu season and “pandemics”.

I work with rapeseed oil, we lab test every batch. It's good for you, helps with vitamin A, D, E and K, it's good for bowel movement, got omega3 good for people with high cholesterol. I wouldn't trust this health guru's slide show.

Since seed oils have started being used during the industrial revolution Obesity has been on a steady rise It started with crisco which is made from cotton seed oil And most of these seed oils If not heavily Is processed or actually poisonous Especially Cotton seed If something is poisonous without being Heavily processed you don't really need much more proof to tell you it's not good for you
@minimayhem1996
@minimayhem1996 Ай бұрын
The reason o b city has been on A steady rise since the introduction of seed oils It's because the body has a hard time metabolizing it So it tends to get stored in fat reserves rather than actually Being processed by the body You're better off using butter Specifically made From Grass fed cows Beef tallow or olive oil These are much Easier for your body to process
@themonocle7416
@themonocle7416 Ай бұрын
@@minimayhem1996 That isn't a study, you're just saying your opinion. My opinion is that "O b city" has been on the rise due to nutritional and health misinformation from people listening when no sources have been cited.

I agree with him to an extent, but you can absolutely eat things your great grandmother wouldn't recognize, variety is a good thing and the fact you can try food and cuisine from around the world is a positive. Just eat some veg you like make sure you get som protein, don't eat too much fat or carbs (or too much food in general) and you'll be ok.
