I like the look & finishing of the Triumph Speed 400 more than the Scrambler 400x & the avaliable color option of Speed 400 as well, but at the same time the Speed 400 feels just little bit compact and the Scrambler seat height is too much high. (My preferably seat height is 805 to max 820 mm & My height is exactly 5 feet 75 inch) & My Traveling areas Consist Of 75% City/NH, 25% Village Road with potholes). I have no problem in spending some extra bucks to get the modifications I want. How can I modified Triumph speed 400 to Scrambler 400x without compromising riding quality ? Or is it a waste of money and foolish to even think about doing so ? I mean I am thinking about to replace Triumph Speed's only front travel suspension or may be both front & Rear (5.9 inches in the front & 5.5 inches or 5.9 inches in the rear), Steel handel bar (901 mm), front Sprocket (14 tooth) & front Wheels (19 Inches) with Scrambler 400x. What will you suggest in this case ? Is such modification possible, if yes, will it affect the riding experience and handling posture or will it cause any other problems in long run ?

No. Not recommended at all. Get the stock Speed 400 or the Scrambler 400X. You will be able to ride both easily.

You don't need either. Keep the bike stock for the first year. That will help you in understanding the bike completely and also not invalidate the warranty.

Bhaiya ns 400z 🥲 apke different test on customer unit (Sagar sheldekar got 2 units on review day, one of them was just bugged and off, while the other one seemed good to him) and final verdict ka wait kr rha hu aur about any difference from your feedback on customer unit or it is same as review unit, fir book krke leni h mujhe ye bike. But jab ye sab ap upload kr doge tab he lene ka man hai mera 🥹

Yaar there was no customer unit. Customers ko bikes mili hi kahan. Wo keh raha hai ki customer unit hai second waali? 🤦 So here is some clarity: when a bike is sent to a journalist and an issue crops up, the manufacturer sends a different unit. RTR 310 ke saath recently yahi hua and maine video bhi daala tha ki maine khud hi theek kar li thi bike 😃 They still sent a newer unit. Khair, thoda sa ruk jao, ab to mujhe lag ra ki saste reviews dekh ke mujhe ek lamba fact check video banana hoga ab se har bike pe

As a owner with 6 months experience of this vehicle I should say ur review is spot on.. Ride quality and handling no other vehicle in this segment can come close. And looks offfh...amazing...u can experience the flying carpet effect. No doubt it is the 2nd oldest car brand in the world...love this car..
