When I was a boy I had the most wonderful dog in the world. She was medium sized, about 35-40 lbs. She was sweet and affectionate and her gaze followed me wherever I went. When the kids 2 grades older than me would try to pick on me she'd chase them all the way home. But when I'd go to sleep she'd first get up just on the foot of the bed. By morning she was in the exact center of the bed and I'd be crowded up in the top third of the bed. That aside I still miss her.

I’ve had many dog breeds during my life and my gsd intelligence never stop impressing me it’s imo the perfect dog to have it hat it all intelligent brave loyal protective and much more it’s my absolute favorite breed you can almost feel like they can read your mind sometimes incredible creatures

Lol, they clearly understand that GSD need to sleep with you. They just let it have a bit too much free reign lol. I stopped mine because she'd lean so hard on my eyes with her beak while I was asleep she'd give me black eyes. Going to work as a security guard with black eyes doesn't look the best. Coworkers high fived my girlfriend for "keeping" me in line lol. I jokingly threatened to call the police. However me saying my bitch gave me black eyes would give some cops a chuckle.
