Can you tell me how long the horse was showing symptoms of nasal discharge? At what point do you say ok ....discharge is smelling bad, antibiotics are not working (how long do you use them for), and then move on to radiographs as next step? Thanks.

My mini mare ended up needing surgical intervention to cut into and scrape the sinus infection. She is getting it drained once a week to make sure the infection doesn't come back. She's a new horse!
