napaka ganda nito na 6x10 lang siya pero nagawan ng paraan magkabedroom sa baba. para sa elders na hindi na mahihirapan umakyat baba. best design

isang door lang po. Actually ang current estimate price per square meter po kasi ngayon (2024) for standard finish na pang apartment is 15000 pesos to 20000 pesos. Nagmahal na po kasi ang mga materyales

My only worry is where the bathrooms are situated. I think you need proper ventilation wherever a bathroom is situated to avoid damp forming over a period of time.
