I can't explain to you how beautiful it is to live in Naples. Even watching this video I get emotional. If you need anything or advice on places to see let me know.

Mongolians are not known for having a lot of posessions, so no surprise their biggest market is dissapointing. And the prices you get - probably double than what the locals pay. Thank you for sharing though.
@tomdurover22 күн бұрын
For a tourist the market is pretty cool and interesting to visit. Spending money there will support the locals

The powder is a tobacco it is something for the men to greet with each other. And it is suppose to open up your sinus by sneezing. Its nothing bad but traditional. The prize ranges from the material and history within it self. Like if a leader or king held it before the prize goes up.

The Christians took the roof stones to build their churches. That's ridiculous.
@tomdurover2 ай бұрын
Yes that’s what my guide told me
@earlysda2 ай бұрын
@@tomdurover Sure, let's go way up to the roof, somehow drop down the large stones for our church building, and leave all the nice stones already on the ground for tourists in the future to take pics of! . Seeing his ridiculous dating of the mudbrick walls, I would take this roof statement with a grain of salt. Of course, he is probably just stating what he has been told to say by the official caretakers there.

The way that sweet (or candy stall) works is what is know as pick n mix in the UK. It's a way to buy sweets which is very many years old but still continues in a few places. It can work out very expensive. I was surprised to hear you say the bag of sweets you purchased would be $20 in Holland, that is a total rip off if you are talking US Dollars! I am not sure because Holland uses the Euro.
@tomdurover3 ай бұрын
Dollars are more known in the world that’s why I say it sometimes in the videos :)
@mysteryman58263 ай бұрын
I had to replay it at 21:20 because it sounded like the stall holder told you to "go away" but then came to help. Still not sure what she said but she obviously didn't tell you to go away as I first thought. lol

11:03 How can you say the stuff they are selling on the market doesn't seam illegal? Those DVD's were clearly copies as were the fake clothes seen earlier in the video. Who were the other two people with you? In my country we called powdered tobacco "snuff" it is not that common anymore but can still be purchased if people look hard enough
@tomdurover3 ай бұрын
Yeah some sections with the buttons and fabrics are not copied products
@mysteryman58263 ай бұрын

I think those boots the man is selling are rejects or seconds (faulty) if you look at 4:48 you can clearly see the sole on one boot has split already (look at the top back boot on the left which is lying down. I don't think it is a good idea to tell them it is a good price when they show you even if you walk away. Because they then may think if that is a good price then maybe they could ask for more. I have being to places where they say how much is this in your country I will never tell them the real price. Because they then know what people from that country are more likely to pay and raise their prices accordingly for those people
