Have you ever got a massive headache? After stepping out, I was in a full chamber yesterday for 3 minutes and I thought my head was going to explode and 35 hours later it still hurts. Not nearly as much but I still feel a little headache. I've extreme Arthritis and sadly I did not get the endorphin rush, but my arthritis feels better today.

I did my first float yesterday it is an amazing feeling came out feeling like a limp noodle😂

Great regimen, Jared! I also use float therapy and cryo as my go-to therapies. I have been athletic for over 32 years, worked as a personal trainer and now in physical therapy, and I try to encourage my friends, family, patients, and clients to give it a try. The cryo is cold, but it definitely helps your body release its own healing proteins to reduce inflammation. The week after my cryo, I feel great!
