Zuri's speech doesn't sound like an accent at all to me. The more you put her on camera, the more I had been noticing she needs speech therapy, but I don't speak on children unless asked because parents get very defensive and are sensitive about that me included. It doesn't sound like it to you because you're around her every day, so it's normal to you. Give it a try it can't hurt only help if needed.
